the location was very convenient , a short taxi ride got me to heathrow quickly. the breakfast had a good variety , providing many options for a satisfying start to the day. the room was quiet , blocking out airport noise effectively. i also found an iron and ironing board readily available in my room.
the vegan menu had changed , and the current offerings were not as appealing as before.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. i found the room super clean with a really comfy bed! plus, the u3 bus stop is right outside. It is super convenient for terminal 3. there was also a good breakfast selection, with both hot and continental options available.
the carpets in the room seemed a little worn.

the check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff were very helpful when i arrived. the bar staff were also helpful in the evenings. food service extended until 10:30 p.m., a useful feature after a late day.
